This class is intended to delight and meet you exactly where you’re at. The Belly Dance basics will be covered and broken down to make the moves accessible. And we’ll be adding layers as we go to keep us challenged. Mayas, undulations, snake arms, hip circles, chest isolations, and floor work are a few of the concepts we’ll be working on. Our emphasis will be on doing the moves safely while allowing ourselves to be in our own body and infusing the dance with our own personal style. Above all, this class is a fun space to come and connect with your divine feminine while you get an amazing abdominal and cardio workout. Strength exercises will also be included to tone the entire body. Get ready to sweat and learn a fun and beautiful dance!
