I invite you to come to this fun and challenging workout, focused on your core.  Moving beyond basic crunches, this up-tempo class will draw from a variety of different disciplines including Pilates, ballet, basic conditioning and more.  It is well suited for all levels of participants and a variety of modifications will be presented to be sure that everyone is getting a safe and effective workout.  Come experience the difference a strong powerhouse can make in the rest of your physical pursuits.
