In this class we will explore a variety of asanas (postures), including standing and seated postures, sun salutations, twists, backbends, and inversions. We will focus on cultivating santosha (deep contentment) and bringing balance to the mind and body. The class pace will typically be moderate, with alternatives for beginning to experienced students. Beginners are always welcome.
