Mat Pilates is a series of controlled movements prompting the correct use of the core muscles. The class will start with the flow of beginning Pilates movement and gradually keep building in intensity.  All levels are welcome, with modifications offered. Pilates will strengthen the core, balance the body, lengthen and build lean muscle.  Come and explore your body and mind connection through an invigorating Pilates workout.
