At the end of a long day, come enjoy stretches and body toning in a calm and soothing environment.  We’ll use classical and vocal music while working through exercises that are suitable for everyone.  The exercises aim to improve participants’ body tone, flexibility, strength, posture, grace, and stamina.  Strength and flexibility is gained through the use of the body’s natural resistance with specific development to the muscle tone of the legs, hips, arms, and abdominals.  You'll experience the satisfaction of learning to execute basic ballet technique with the appearance of ease and elegance…all while transforming your body.
