Learn the essence of Joseph H. Pilates’ exercise program in a safe and fun environment. Pilates is a series of core movements that strengthen and lengthen the entire body, increase flexibility and promote balance. The exercises are appropriate for a wide range of physical abilities, ages and both men and women.
Modifications will be offered to assist in progressing each individual according to their needs.
