Bellydance Blast with Imei is a combination of yoga warm ups and cool downs for lengthening and stretching, fun combinations of bellydance movement from both Egyptian bellydance and tribal fusion, and exciting music to help you explore dance, burn calories, connect with yourself and spirit, and have fun. Though there is some technique built into all dance forms, the emphasis of this class is geared towards fitness and exercise.
