Drawing from an infinite source of exercises you'll never get bored, as we use techniques from martial arts, yoga, sports conditioning, pilates, traditional strength training and functional moves.
This class is for all levels of fitness as each participant can push the intensity based on their own level of fatigue. The class will be structured with warm up, an intense workout, and a cool you down to get you home safe. Expect to sweat and work to your best ability, creating a more sustainable body. |
