Join us for a fast-paced class designed to deliver maximum results in minimal time. You will do a wide variety of high energy moves to strengthen major muscle groups, raise your heart rate and burn calories. Flash back to your days in P.E. (think jumping jacks and push-ups) and jump into today with plyometrics, resistance bands, etc. Participants of all abilities will find a fun, supportive atmosphere to help take their training to the next level.
