Acu-Yoga is simple, easy to learn and accessible to everyone. You need not have previous yoga experience, as this class is not about alignment, flexibility or proper postures.

Our focus will be to stimulate the body in ways it's not used to being stimulated. Through a series of simple, effective and sometimes challenging exercieses, we'll open acu-pressure points, throughout the body, strengthening the nervous system and increasing circulation.

You will benefit from an increase in physical energy, mental clarity and present moment awarenss. We may also explore elements of meditation and/or breathing techniques.
