Whether you are a new practitioner or have been sitting for years, you will deepen your understanding of what meditation really is and how it works. We’ll discuss what happens during meditation both physiologically and psychologically. You'll learn how to deal with subtle obstacles and other aspects of mediation that one needs to know in order to create a successful practice.
Your questions will be answered in detail and you’ll be masterful at the art of meditation when the workshop is through. The rest will be up to you!
