In this Hatha Yoga class we try to "yoke" or "bring together" mind, body and soul. This class can be made easy or challenging to each student's level and ability. This dynamic Hatha based Yoga class is inspiring, relaxing and healing, connecting movement with breath, strengthening the core and centering the mind. Through Mind/Body awareness you'll leave this class feeling strong, calm, and balanced, having worked at your own pace. Class will be unique and different for each student, every time.
