This class is designed to facilitate and deepen the relationship you have to yourself. We will practice the art of focus and intention within a dynamic framework to experience both rigorous and restorative postures. Attention will be given to the productive use of our thoughts and attitudes within the context of the body. Utilizing the art of Hatha yoga we will emphasize a more subtle awareness of anatomy within each pose. There is a focus on spinal alignment, building strength and exploring the grace and beauty of this strength through movement. All are welcome.
