This class allows adults and children to explore yoga together as a family. Family yoga uses yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to create a foundation for health and wellness that can be appreciated at any age. The physical benefits of practicing Family Yoga include increased strength, flexibility, coordination, and posture. This class also fosters an understanding, loving relationship between parents and children and encourages open-hearted communication. Parents are welcome to bring more than one child to this class, and kids are welcome to bring more than one parent. This class is designed for children eight years and older.
