The break down of Vinyasa Core Yoga is as follows: Vinyasa which means flow or fluidity of movement with the breath, core meaning stomach and back muscles, and yoga which means union (the joining of self with consciousness). Yoga postures, or asanas, are done to strengthen, tone, align, and increase blood flow to all organs and tissues in the body. This class will challenge you to focus on your core strength and movement through your core. All levels welcome, with modifications available.
