In vinyasa flow yoga, we link the movements of the body with the flow of the breath to create a dynamic, fluid and powerful practice. The special emphasis on the breath allows us to work deeply with the body and to achieve a tranquil, focused state of mind. Vinyasa flow practice will improve your strength, flexibility, coordination, breathing, focus, and energy levels. This class is designed for those who have some experience with yoga; however, adventurous beginners are welcome!
