Autumn Needles, RYT, began practicing yoga at age 12 in order to avoid a back brace for a spinal curvature and was immediately hooked on yoga for its calming and centering effects, and for its integrative life philosophy. Autumn’s yoga journey has now spanned 29 years, has included both an ongoing home practice and classroom training, and many different styles and philosophies of yoga, as well as many other body awareness techniques. Living fully and physically within her body, and moving with joy and gratitude, have been the foundation of her life, and she loves sharing that with others. She completed her 200-hour teacher training and certification at Nosara Yoga Institute in July 2006 and is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance®. She brings her love of dance (demonstrated in her careful, creative sequencing), a strong knowledge of body mechanics and energy flow, a sense of humor, and a belief that all bodies are beautiful to all of her classes. She is very grateful to all of her teachers all along the way. For more information on Autumn and her classes, you can check out her website at <a href="
