By day Cherie is a Ph.d student in Comparative Literature; by night she works as a yoga, pilates, and kickboxing instructor at fitness facilities in the Seattle area, and devotes her spare time to serving on local community boards and councils. Cherie is committed to contributing to the health of the community through education, fitness and creating opportunities for people to come together and learn about each another, and is excited about the additional opportunity teaching at Community Fitness offers her to share with others her passion for fitness, education and community service.
