Karen has been practicing yoga since she was 11 years old. She recieved certification and began teaching while living in Asia, she has taught Hot, Vinyasa, Yin and Hatha classes. While inclined to motivate people to " get off your bum and just move!", she has a strong belief that sitting meditation is a key aspect to optimum health. And then insists that the best way to be able to sit in meditation is to begin with a healthy yoga practice. She believes yoga is the first step to training your mind and leading a healthy life.
