Nicole has been practicing yoga for four years and was a competitive dancer as a young girl. Physical activity and health are important staples in her daily life. She studied Ayurvedic Medicine in Los Angeles, CA then decided to get certified to teach yoga. After becoming a certified yoga instructor in August of 2005 she went to India for three months to travel, study yoga, chakras, meditation, and Ayurvedic Medicine. Currently she is studying Nutrition at Bastyr University.
She enjoys doing multiple styles of yoga including Anusara, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, and Hatha Yoga. Her teachings integrate these styles along with a focus on core muscles, breathing exercises, strengthening, stress relief, energizing, toxin reducing, and endurance building yoga that is adaptable for every body.
