stacie is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher. She has studied and practiced Yoga since 1998 and began teaching in 2000. Her most inspirational teacher is Diane Wilson of Portland, OR. She has continued to learn through other teachers and various forms of Yoga.
Stacie believes in the healing power Yoga can provide. While experiencing the benefits of Yoga in her own practice she knew that she wanted to share with others this graceful path.
Stacie's focus is to strengthen the core and obtain breath awareness. Her intention in teaching Yoga is to provide a safe and encouraging space for students to experience and grow in their own practice. |
