BODYPUMP™

BODYPUMP™ is an upbeat weight-lifting program that tones, strengthens, and conditions your body utilizing the barbell. BODYPUMP™ classes are designed to work every muscle group, using classic weightlifting movements like squats, deadlifts and curls. The emphasis is on conditioning and endurance, using choreographed music to drive the movements.

If you are new to weight-lifting, BODYPUMP™ offer a great introduction. Classes are simple and easy to follow, and you can choose the weight that is right for you. During class you will use a bench, risers and barbell. For your first class, plan on coming to our studio ten minutes early so we can help you get set-up for class. Must be 14 years or older to participate.
