Core Power
Core Power is open to all fitness levels and offers a total body workout to tone and strengthen your core muscles. Entertaining and highly motivating, this class focuses on functional strength with abdominal, low back and leg exercises designed to improve stability and posture. Breathing and movement is coordinated and set to music for added fun and flavor.
Core Power is a mat-based class and is done barefoot or with socks. Class includes a warm-up and cool-down stretch.
