(High Intensity Interval Training) revolution by training your anaerobic and aerobic energy systems in this dynamic class.  The evolution of interval training, H.I.I.T. is a specialized form of training that involves brief intervals of maximum intensity exercise separated by longer intervals of low to moderate intensity exercise.

In this class, you will alternate between short periods of maximum effort through a variety of cardio drills such as burpees, line sprints, or weighted squat jumps, followed by lower intensity “recovery” exercises utilizing the barbells, free weights and tubing.

This class is recommended for those who want to take their workout to the next level. Participants can expect to boost overall cardiovascular fitness, endurance and fat loss, without losing muscle mass. Be ready to sweat. No two classes are ever the same.
