Power Shred is a high-intensity, endurance-based 40 minute workout for intermediate to advanced exercisers.

Every Power Shred class utilizes an interval approach designed to allow participants to be successful and challenged through each phase of work:
4 minutes of strength
2 minutes of cardio
1 minute of core

This program can help you shed fat and define muscle to shape your body while enhancing your overall function, health and performance. SHRED describes the primary elements you’ll demand of your body each time you participate in a class.
