Coming from a background in gymnastics and modern dance, Kristin was first attracted to yoga by its physical benefits and discipline. However, like so many others, she quickly found the true gift of the practice: peace of mind and emotional health and well-being. Kristin completed her 500 hour training from Sunstone Academy in 2009 and has been in love with teaching ever since.
Kristin’s greatest passion is helping others connect with and find freedom in their bodies so that they can move and live to their fullest potential. Her classes emphasize building a solid foundation with strength and proper alignment, while also finding ease in asana and cultivating careful observation of the body and mind.
