Leah has been journeying deeper into the yogi lifestyle since discovering its joys and benefits in 2008. She wants to share that journey with anyone who is willing, and has since become a certified instructor in order to better guide people in making yoga an integral part of their lives. She truly believes that the impact of yoga extends far beyond time spent on the mat, and is passionate about showing her students yoga is not just for the body, but also for the mind and spirit.
She has trained in the disciplines of Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga at Yoga Alliance Certified schools in India, and is currently studying the methods of Iyengar Yoga from Richard Schachtel at The Yoga Center for Yoga. Leah combines elements of these styles into a dynamic and invigorating flow of movement while maintaining focus and controlled breathing. Leah is and will always be a student of yoga, always looking for opportunities to learn and grow, and enjoys doing so alongside her students. She has a genuine desire to see those around her grow and flourish, and hopes to inspire every student to adopt the deeper lessons contained within the yoga philosophy and let it permeate all aspects of their existence.
