An Oregon native, Susan has called Seattle home since 1992. She lives in the Roosevelt neighborhood and is often seen running around Greenlake, attending Crossfit classes, and playing at the park with her three daughters. Susan has been a lifetime proponent of physical fitness and spent years as a cheerleader and cheerleading coach.

Susan’s Full Body Strength classes are high energy and fun. She believes that a successful class is one in which you sweat, work hard, and laugh in equal parts. Susan gets great satisfaction from watching her students get stronger mentally and physically—her wish is for everyone who comes to class to leave walking taller and stronger, and feeling better in every way.

A little known fact about Susan is that she once mastered the lindy hop for a charity dance contest and took home first prize!
