Dave started Cycling 15 years ago after taking a spin class. He was so energized by his first class that immediately afterward he signed up for the Deathride (130 Miles & 15K feet of climbing); at the time he didn’t even own a bike. Three years ago, David brought his passion for Cycling inside. He is certified in Cycling by Lemond Fitness and LesMills International. Additionally, Dave has completed an array of organized outdoor rides including the now infamous Death Ride and STP in 1-Day. A notorious “Jump first and ask questions later” kind of guy, Dave admits to being adventurous and says he will try most anything (legal) at least once.
Dave’s personal mission is changing lives through fitness. His passion for group fitness, and particularly cycling, is due to the role it played in helping him recover from several knee injuries and lose nearly 70 lbs. Dave is energized by helping participants push past fitness barriers and achieve personal fitness goals.
A little known fact about David is that he loves reading Sci-Fi Thrillers and watching Asian Action Movies.
