Deb Voss

“The only way to finish is to start.”

Deb is a life-long fitness enthusiast and is dedicated to helping others reach their fitness goals. She has been part of the team at Community Fitness since its doors were first opened and is excited to see more people joining the fun. She believes that having a strong, powerful body is one of the key building blocks for all other physical pursuits and that nearly everybody can benefit from the strength training found in her classes. Beyond having a strong body, she emphasizes the importance of training the heart and believes indoor cycling is one of the best ways to help people blast calories, burn fat and increase endurance.

Deb’s favorite part of teaching is encouraging people to discover that they can do more than they thought they could. Always one to practice what she preaches, she is active in endurance events such as marathons and triathlons and is usually sneaking in additional training preparing for her next event.

A little known fact about Deborah is that she was a nationally ranked synchronized swimmer.
