Erin Knowles

Erin began her practice with Iyengar yoga more than seven years ago. Since then many forms have inspired her own practice, including Ashtanga, Yin, Power Vinyasa, and most recently, Baptiste Power Vinyasa. Erin completed a 200 RYT training at Be Luminous Yoga in May 2011. As a bellydancer, Erin likes to incorporate dance-like flow to her classes. Her classes are fun, fluid and challenging, yet geared for all.
Outside of yoga, Erin is a mother of two and is actively involved working with teens and leading kids’ yoga. As an avid mountain biker and trail runner, Erin can see and feel the opportunities yoga has to offer for injury prevention, core strength, and balance and mind body connection.
A little known fact about Erin is that she loves chocolate-covered bacon.
