Gina Skene
“How you do anything is how you do everything.”
Gina started practicing yoga after having three kids and wondering what was next for her body. A former ballet and modern dancer, she has always been body aware. With the intention of reconnecting, she stepped into her first yoga class in 2002 and never looked back. As she began to challenge her body and find her breath, she felt like she had come home.
Gina is so grateful for the strength, joy, and hope that yoga brings to her life. Gina loves teaching to share with others the healing and empowerment she finds practicing yoga daily. She teaches with a gentle strength that allows her students to feel safe while moving to new mental and physical edges.
A little known fact about Gina is that she makes award winning spaghetti and meatballs from her Grandmother Yarusso’s recipe!
