schedule changeHey CFitters, it’s time for your regular scheduling updates! Check out the following schedule changes and don’t miss a sweat. As usual, the most up-to-date schedule is available here.

TIME CHANGE: Saturday’s 10:30am Yoga class with Brenna will now begin at 10:45 am.


  • Starting October 23, Malen will be teaching the Friday 6:15pm Cycle Burn class. If you’ve never tried Cycle Burn, this is the perfect time to check it out. Read Malen’s bio hereBONUS: Join Malen for a Halloween ride on October 30!
  • Starting October 24, the fabulous Amanda will be teaching the Saturday 8:30am Barre class.

NEW INSTRUCTOR: An incredibly warm welcome to Missy, who will be teaching Barre classes at Community Fitness! Catch her at the Flow studio Mondays at Noon or Saturdays at 9:30am.
