schedule changeNow that we’re in the midst of the holiday season and the New Year is just around the corner, we wanted to give you a preview of what you have to look forward to! As always, our new-and-improved schedule is available here. We will update this post as more changes, cool events, and announcements come our way! 

 

LONGER CLASS: Starting December 8, Jennifer’s Tuesday noon Vinyasa Flow Yoga class will last 75 minutes. Come to our 65th St. Studio and get that extra dose of practice!

New InstructorWANT MORE YOGA? YOU GOT IT: We are adding not one, but TWO new midday Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes after the New Year! Starting Jan. 2 and Jan 7, we will offer new classes Saturdays AND Thursdays at noon at our 65th St. Studio. The best part? It’s a brand new instructor! Come give a warm welcome to Ben Grieshaber. Stay tuned for a Q&A so you can get to know Ben a little better.

YOGA AIN’T JUST FOR ADULTS: Our next 12-week series of Mindfulness and Yoga for Teens & Tweens starts January 14 and runs through April 7, each Thursday from 3:45-5pm at our 65th St. Studio. As a yoga teacher and full-time mom, instructor Karen Bullard knows first-hand how beneficial the concepts of relaxation are for managing the stress of growing up! Ages 11-16. YOU WANT PILATES IN THE EVENING, YOU SAY?: You asked, we listened. New ClassStarting Jan. 6, we are adding a Pilates class with Ola Urban on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 pm at our 65th St. Studio.
