As a yoga teacher of 15-years and a full-time mom, Karen Bullard was inspired to bring the teachings of yoga to youth. This 6-week series will introduces tweens ages 11-14 to the concepts of yoga and mindfulness, so students can learn how to relax their minds and strengthen their bodies!
This is the perfect way to relax and rejuvenate. Did you know, Yoga Nidra has been found to decrease anxiety and help prevent stress-related illness? While lying in Shavasana, you’ll be guided through relaxation exercises to focus your breath and identify sensations in your body, so you can leave feeling calm, grounded, and rejuvenated. We could all use a little of that.
