Afrobeats/Dancehall is a self-paced dance fitness class that focuses on building strength and endurance and celebrating culture by implementing various dances It combines mixed styles from Afrobeats, Salsa, lyrical, and contemporary dance movements. It focuses on building strength and endurance, bringing joyfulness, and celebrating culture through various dance styles. Let us sweat and vibe out with the rhythms of African, Jazz, and Caribbean musicality.
