Centered Core Yoga emphasizes muscle activation as you stretch to help bring more lasting strength and inner space to your physical and mental state. In these classes we use various focal points such as pelvis, heart, and upper palate to enhance a feeling of connection. Each class may have a different focus but the goal is always to help us put the pieces together and feel more wholly connected by the end of class.
