  • If you had an In-Studio monthly membership at the time of our Covid closure, you likely have credit remaining from unused membership days. To claim unused membership credit you must do the following:
    • You’ll first need to purchase a new In-Studio membership through our website.
    • Once you’ve purchased a new In-Studio membership, email Accounts@communityfitness.com and type “membership credit” in the subject line.
  • Please note: We can only apply old In-Studio membership credit after a new In-Studio membership has been purchased – by refunding a portion of your new membership purchase fee.

In-Studio FAQ’s

  • Pre-registration is required to attend an In-Studio Class.
  • Registration will typically open 1 week prior to the class date.
  • Clients may reserve space in classes via our In-Studio Schedule Page.
  • Payment is required at the time of registration.
  • Clients may purchase and use an Individual Class or a 10-Pack of Classes.
  • Cancelations are permitted up to 4 hours prior to the start of class. Read more.
  • In-Studio accounts and Virtual Subscription accounts are separate. Read more.
  • Community Fitness is currently open at 40% capacity.
  • We’re continuing to livestream classes, obscuring the classroom image so clients can workout anonymously in our studios.
  • Waiting in lobbies is not permitted at this time. Studio doors will open 20 minutes prior to class. Clients arriving earlier than 20min must wait outside.
  • We are asking clients to:
    – Arrive 10min early to sign Covid Symptom Screening form.
    – Please bring your own fitness mat to the studio.
    – Sanitize equipment before and after each use.
  • Fully vaccinated clients may receive approval to remove mask by sending an image of their vaccination card to “accounts@communityfitness.com”.
  • We’ve doubled the ventilation recommended by the WA State Department of Health. Studio air is replaced with FRESH AIR 10 times per hour (every 6min).
  • Per WA State requirements, masks are required at all times within the studio, lobby, and restrooms.
  • Masks must be worn while exercising (fully vaccinated clients may receive approval to remove mask by sending image of vaccination card to accounts@communityfitness.com).
  • Clients must fill out Covid Symptom Screening form before class.

Our studio air is now entirely replaced with fresh spring air every 6 minutes! It’s the next best thing to exercising outside!

CO2 levels may be used as a proxy for COVID-19 transmission risk. The average CO2 level in our classes is now around 450 ppm!
