We’ve included some equipment guidance including substitutions below. You’ll find that instructors generally announce what equipment you’ll need at the beginning of each class.

Once you’ve taken a few classes with your favorite instructor(s), you’ll get a sense of what you’ll need. Get creative with your substitutions while you’re waiting for your equipment to arrive from your favorite online shopping store!

Try water bottles, food cans, wine bottles for smaller weights.

Rolled towel bound with rubber bands or a pillow.

Resistance Bands
Long towel, robe ties or bicycle tubes.
