This series is for EVERYONE who would like to begin a yoga practice or revisit the basics in a supportive, relaxed environment. We will explore how to approach a yoga practice safely and work around and with injuries. Students will learn the basics of sun salutations and many common poses with attention to healthy and strong alignment. We will also practice strategies for deep breathing, mindfulness, and stress reduction.
