Strength RX


This program run in a set of 3 blocks of exercise circuits, alternating the focus on lower body, upper body, then lower body. Each exercise within a block is one minute. You’ll finish your RX workout within 18 minutes. Options can be provided if you prefer a tabata style circuit.

In-Studio: Athletic gear | Instructor guided equipment | Water Bottle
At Home: Clear space to move
