Power Flow Yoga offers an upbeat, faster-paced vinyasa yoga flow for building core strength, endurance, and breath. Class begins with an energizing breathwork practice followed by an invigorating asana flow to help clear out old energy trapped in the physical body, and sealed with a relaxing restorative postures to soak in the goodness of the practice. This class is open to all from the adventurous beginner looking for a workout to the advanced student wanting to deepen their practice. Variations will always be offered to enable you to practice in a way that is safe and accessible for your body.
