Pump Technique Classes At Community Fitness

Use this class as a way to learn some of the basic forms and techniques used in BODYPUMP™ and strength training classes! Our instructors will walk through exercises with commonly misunderstood form, and tips to level up your workouts! Great if you’ve never taken a strength training class, or if you feel like you could use a tune-up!

This class is typically offered before BODYPUMP™  classes so you can absorb the technique, then apply it in BODYPUMP™ right away!
