Redlight Ruby Floor
A captivating and empowering experience that focuses on exploring fluid, expressive movements and choreography performed primarily on the floor. Designed to celebrate the body’s natural grace and sensuality, this class encourages dancers to connect deeply with their own physicality and emotions. The class begins with a gentle warm-up to prepare the body, emphasizing breathwork, body awareness, and smooth, controlled movements. Stretching and conditioning exercises are incorporated to enhance flexibility and strength, setting the foundation for more complex floorwork.
