We’re finally dialing in on 6:30am classes, starting with Tabata Reps, co-created by Autumn Skeel!
TBT™ REPS
TBT Reps combines high-itensity interval training (HIIT) Tabata blocks and continuous strength blocks, to bring you the ultimate Metabolic Conditioning workout. Torch the calories and chisel your muscles. No choreography, no dance and lots of sweat!
This is an effective and unique blend of both strength training, and HIIT training combined into one class, distinguishing it from other Tabata Workouts.
