This unique yoga class incorporates small hand-held weights to add an extra aspect of intensity.

YogaSculpt is a fun, invigorating, body strengthening class that blends yoga with resistance training. We use light hand weights, bands, balls, body weight and gravity to keep your body and mind stimulated. As YogaSculpt tones your body, it also boosts metabolism, builds lean muscle tissue, and strengthens your bones.


Equipment Needed:
In-Studio: Your favorite Yoga wear!
At Home: Clear space to move
