Brenna’s Bio

Brenna is a performance coach, massage therapist, and former collegiate soccer player. Brenna’s classes are about playful discovery, letting go, and finding grace and gratitude in whatever is brought to the mat that day.
Brenna is passionate about teaching somatic awareness through fitness and Structural Integration bodywork. Because of her background as a collegiate soccer player, she was initially drawn to the challenging and physically intense aspects of power yoga. She completed her CorePower Yoga training in Portland, Oregon, and has been teaching Vinyasa and Yin yoga since 2006.
A little known fact about Brenna is that she once bicycled from Seattle to Washington, D.C.
