Kayleigh’s Bio & Schedule

With over 12 years of experience supporting individuals to harness the wisdom of their body, nervous system and intuition, Kayleigh is passionate about helping others transform their inner world so they can transform the world around them. As an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, life coach, and nervous system mentor, Kayleigh brings a light-hearted approach to the serious practice of bringing nourishment to your body through movement. 

In each of Kayleigh’s classes, you’ll experience a safe space to explore your body, breath, and tap into your somatic wisdom in a playful and curious way. 

She believes that showing up however you need to show up in class, is exactly how you should show up and the practice will meet you wherever you are.  

Kayleigh completed her 500-hour yoga certification through ISHTA Yoga in NYC and is also trained in Mindful Yoga Therapy. Vinyasa Flow, Power Flow, and Yoga Nidra are her most-taught styles of practice. Kayleigh holds a Masters in Integrative Health Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies, is a nationally board certified health and wellness coach, and advanced trained in Somatic Experiencing.  Her work is also informed by her years leading programs and training in the non-profit field and within corporate health-tech.
