Full Body Strength

Full Body Strength is an upbeat weightlifting program that tones, strengthens, and conditions your body utilizing a barbell. Bodypump classes are designed to work every muscle group, using classic weightlifting movements like squats, dead-lifts, and curls. The emphasis is on conditioning and endurance, using choreographed music to drive the movements. If you are new to weightlifting, this great introduction. Classes are simple and easy to follow, and you can choose the weight that is right for you. During class you will use a bench, risers, and barbell, and all equipment is provided.

For your first class, plan on coming to our studio at least ten minutes early so we can help you get set up for class. Must be 14 years or older to participate. Comfortable, sweat-friendly clothing and your preferred athletic shoes are appropriate.

How does it work?

Full Body Strength is based on “the rep effect.” Think light on the weights, heavy on the repetition. Choreography targets each muscle group of the body, strengthening and sculpting shoulders, arms, legs, glutes, and core.

In-Studio: Athletic gear you like to move and sweat in | Water Bottle
At Home: Clear space to move, weights or weight subsitutions
