Dance Powered is Jennifer Cepeda’s signature class: an advanced dance fitness class featuring hit music and fun and dynamic choreography that will keep you challenged and inspired. 15-17 songs are taught follow-along style within the hour.

DancePowered promotes a friendly, supportive environment. This is a great class for dance enthusiasts. All levels are welcome and encouraged to move at their own pace – you’ll learn more each time you come!
